The idea to start a MEMBER’S CLUB was actually initiated based on input from visitors to our seminars and exhibitions. As it turned out, more and more “old” visitors came again and again to our venues to hear about new products. “What’s up this time? “Any up-coming deals no-one knows about yet?” These were some of the typical questions raised at the seminars.
We decided to look into the concept of a member’s club and found we could service client’s needs in a combination of:

Thereafter, new members will be similarly sourced or introduced by existing members.

It is our hope that members will be able to meet with us on a regular basis at centrally located venues to discuss new product and investment opportunities, share experiences and perhaps combine resources to invest in projects requiring a mix of skills, entrepreneurial flair and a shared financial risk.

“Exclusive”, “unique”, “first time ever” are all words frequently misused in marketing and especially in the formation of Members Clubs. We do not aspire to such grandiose concepts!

It is our sincere hope and intention to encourage Manorpark members to create an informal, friendly and sociable forum in which to discuss the many aspects of investment in overseas property and some serious money making.
