Most Algarve and Portugal apartments are situated within resorts and condominiums and come with a shared pool. Some apartments are fitted with private Jacuzzis and the standard overall is between 4 and 5 star. All apartments let for short-term holiday rental are fully furnished and equipped. Rents of 2-9 months are considered medium term rents, and long-term lets are anything from ten months onwards. In order to secure a property, a deposit of two months rent will be required up front. References are welcomed but are not obligatory. In some cases checks will be made to confirm a tenant is suitable. |
| Long-term apartment rentals are suitable for couples with children – however in some cases a villa may be more suitable due to the extra space and grounds that a villa benefits from. Pets are allowed in some rental apartments and we will be happy to advise you which properties are pet friendly if this is a concern for you. |
