This modern 4 bedroom luxury villa is situated in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area in Quinta do Lago, the Algarve’s premier leisure resort. It is beautifully furnished throughout offering comfort, privacy and space. The pool is very large (13m x 6m) and can be heated on request. Within 5-10 min drive you will find a long golden sandy beach, six championship golf courses, a choice of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

The spacious, well furnished lounge is equipped with a feature fire place, Cable TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace overlooking the large pool (13m x 6m) which can be heated on request. Next to the pool is a covered BBQ terrace area with a built in gas BBQ. There is plenty of seating available on the terrace.

There is a separate TV room with cable TV and DVD player.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped which includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and a double door American fridge freezer. It has a breakfast bar and stools and an open-plan dining area with large wooden table and seating for 8. Doors lead from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area.

There are two master bedrooms on the first floor. Both feature a large king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower and patio doors to a large sun terrace. One of these bedrooms can be made up as twins if required.

On the ground floor are two twin bedded rooms which can be made up as doubles, both with en-suite shower rooms and patio doors to the pool terrace and garden area.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and the pool can be heated (supplement payable).
